This detached home in Kempshott recently had a makeover with 15 new windows, a new front door, a new automatic garage door, and a bi-folding door installed at the rear of the property.
The front door is an Apeer 44 Composite Door in Anthracite Grey, with a white door frame and a side-glazed panel with a frosted finish for privacy. The 120cm silver-finish handle really adds a style that complements the narrow vertical window of the door, completed with a matching silver letter box.
The replacement energy-efficient uPVC casement windows were specified with Georgian Cross inlays and were finished off with chrome handles and furniture. The front downstairs window is a bay window with three facets and a fully reinforced cill.
The garage door is the same Athracite Grey as the front door and features an electronic motor for easy opening and closing.
