Here is an example of the difference that a Garden Room can make to the back of your house. It creates extra living space to be used however you want.
Here our customer has chosen a Stone Black tiled roof, with Rosewood frames. This matches their existing windows on the back on the house. It includes a set of French doors to one side, and full height side panels. Additionally, it had dwarf walls and frames to the front elevation. You can also see in the image that they have chosen to have the dwarf walls much higher on the right elevation with small fanlight openers.
This is the perfect solution if you have a fence or garden wall to the one side of your proposed Garden Room or conservatory. This allows light to enter the room as it means you don’t have the view of a wall or fence. This customer has chosen to turn this into additional living space, with a TV on the wall. We also really like the personal decorative touches on the newly plastered and decorated walls.
Installing a brand new Garden Room creates an energy efficient space for your home. The tiled roof is perfect for the winter months – you can use this space all year around.
