Due to supply chain issues, our service department is extremely busy at the moment. The only way to book a service call is to use the form below.

All enquiries for service and maintenance are dealt with according to the given issue with emergency call taking given priority.

Please note we do not offer a seven day a week service.

You will be allocated a time and date depending on the issue.

Very often, issues that arise can be resolved by phone or email, and we will always try and resolve a problem this way before sending out an engineer if we can.

Please note, the current lead time for a service call is approximately 4 weeks.


24 hours notice is required to re-arrange appointments. Any appointments not kept will be subject to our callout charge, which is £50 + VAT.

If we find a fault and it is covered under the terms and conditions of our Guarantee, the work will be carried out free of charge. If the fault is not covered under the guarantee, or if the product has not been maintained in accordance with the our maintenance instructions, a charge will be made. The minimum charge in this case will be £50 + VAT.
