Firstly, it’s worth saying that we work in a relaxed environment when it comes to sales. We won’t pressure you and we won’t spring any sales techniques on you – we simply give you a competitive market price.

One of our team will come and visit you to discuss your ideas and requirements and they’ll come armed with plenty of brochures and a wealth of knowledge if you are unsure of what you want.
When we visit, we can take measurements and other details to supply a costing for your project. Some jobs require a surveyor to come back and measure so we can get an accurate price for you but our representative will explain this with timescales.
You’ll get as much time as you need to consider our estimate. We won’t hassle and chase you and set limited time prices but our quotes remain valid for 30 days.
When you are ready to sign up your order, we’ll take a 10% deposit to secure your order. This starts our internal process, giving you a unique reference number.
Once an order has been signed with us, we’ll give the order to one of our fully trained and qualified surveyors who will arrange an appointment for when is best for you to clarify all the necessary points of the project to ensure you are happy before we commence.
We then order your glass and frames and when we have all of your items in stock our installation team will arrange a fitting date that is mutually suitable.
All of our fitting teams are MTC registered, which is a legal requirement, so you know that each individual that will work on your home knows what they are doing.
When your job is fitted and you’re happy with your replacement windows or conservatory, we’ll then ask you to pay the balance of your bill. Sometimes, there will be snagging to make sure you are 100% happy with your installation.
We then submit the details of your job to FENSA, and they will send your registration certificate straight to you. We will also register your insurance-backed guarantee with Lloyds of London, our insurance provider.
