As Britain’s most adaptable and structurally sound insulated tiled roof conservatory system, WARMRoof has been purpose-built from the ground up specifically for UK homes.
What makes it different is the engineering that goes into every component. Designed specifically for the demands of British weather and the needs of modern homeowners, the result is a roof that not only looks superb but performs brilliantly year-round, giving you a comfortable space you can actually use in all seasons.
Unlike other conservatory tiled roof systems on the market, WARMroof uses proper ‘warm roof’ construction – the gold standard recommended by building professionals. Many other systems still rely on outdated ‘cold roof’ methods, which our research shows can lead to condensation problems for half the year.
That’s the last thing you want in your home!
Retro-fit posts – Installed to cope with considerably greater loads for glazed or solid roofs. They are designed to be in keeping with the original conservatory installation thanks to their uPVC cappings.
Insulated Soffit and Fascia Overhang – Designed to match your existing installation, the tiled conservatory roof looks more like a traditional single-storey extension.
Fully Insulated Eaves – WARMroof offers the industry’s first insulated eaves section, which eliminates condensation.
Insulation – 100mm base panel insulation between the bars, retains the heat within the room.
Extra Insulation – Extra 50mm top panel insulation, which insulates the bars and eliminates potential thermal bridging issues, creating a true ‘warm roof’ structure.
Breathable, waterproof membrane – Sits between the top panels and tiles to assist with weatherproofing.
Tile Options – A wide range of tile options with various colours and finishes are available in a lightweight tile or TapcoSlate. WARMroof is even structurally tested to take slate, clay or concrete tiles.
Top Cap – A one-piece top cap cover for decorative purposes to match roof slate or tiles.

You can still benefit from full-length glazing panels in your warm roof conservatory for maximum natural light and our roofing is compatible with any specification of glass. You can also integrate glazing or velux windows into the roof panelling.
Our tiled warm roof conservatories use a complete warm roof system, with no cold bridging with a fully insulated 380mm structural beam to deliver unrivalled thermal performance.
Our precision engineered warm roof conservatories have been designed for wind and snow loads and can have spans as large as 4m for bi-folding doors without extra support and no tie bars required.
This lightweight tile option is the most popular choice of tile for WARMroof conservatory roofs and is manufactured to withstand extreme temperature variations, carrying a 25-year warranty. It is made of recycled PVC and is available in a choice of four standard colours.
TapcoSlate tiles look exactly like real slate but are made from a tough mix of limestone and polypropylene that can be recycled. Unlike natural slate, these tiles won’t crack, break or fall apart over time.
You get excellent value with a 40-year warranty and plenty of colour choices – five standard colours plus nine additional options to match your home perfectly.
The tiles are built to last for decades without the usual problems you get with other roofing materials.

The developments behind the construction of warm roof conservatories have transformed the way your space can be used. With strong lightweight materials, the conservatory configurations are endless to suit the area you have, the light and heat you would like, privacy from neighbouring properties and the overall vision you have of how you want to use the extra space throughout the year.
As well as performance uPVC or aluminium frames and double or triple glazed units, the framework of your conservatory is super-insulated for high performance.
Unlike other products on the market, The WARMroof solid conservatory roof system is a true ‘warm roof’, with insulation placed above the rafters to stop heat loss and remove the need for battens.
Unlike traditional cold roofs, the WARMRoof is breathable—letting moisture escape and helping to prevent damp or rot in the construction.
It’s energy-efficient, cost-effective, and perfect for the UK climate, keeping your home warmer for less.
Condensation can affect solid, insulated tiled roofs with a cold roof construction for over half of the year!
As you can see from the enhanced thermal simulations, a WARMroof solid conservatory roof will not suffer condensation due to its ‘warm roof’ construction and is the only roof of its type to offer this modern method of construction.
The lower image shows a typical competitor system, clearly demonstrating the cold spots under the glazing bars, with the corresponding issue of condensation to the inside plasterboard. As a result, battening and counter battening is always required with a ‘cold roof’ construction, something not required with our WARMroof system.
With an average room temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and a UK average of 50% humidity to the inside of a property, the dew point is 9 degrees Celsius, and so condensation can affect solid, insulated tiled roofs with a cold roof construction for over half of the year.
By specifying a WARMroof system for your solid conservatory tiled roof, there will be no call backs or remedial work as a result of mould or condensation to the interior of your conservatory.

Yes. Unlike traditional cold roofs, the WARMRoof is breathable—letting moisture escape and helping to prevent heat loss in the winter. The solid roof also soaks in the rays of the sun, rather than conduct the heat into your conservatory. This means is stays cooler.
It obviously won’t be as bright as a glazed or polycarbonate roof, but you have the option for either fixed glass units built into the roof, or Velux opening windows.
As long as the side frames are reinforced and in good working condition, then yes. If not, we can replace the side frames. The other option is to fit retro-fit posts to carry the weight, if it suits the aesthetic of your existing construction.
