The hours are Monday-Friday – 25 hours a week (hours to to be agreed but we will be as accommodating as possible). We are then hoping this will lead to a full time position for the right candidate.
You will be booking service calls with customers, ordering parts from suppliers and working as part of a small team. Organisational skills are a must as is general computer knowledge for communication.
You will be used to a fast pace environment, working to deadlines, with a friendly telephone manner and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Knowledge of the industry is essential although additional training will be given.
