At Ripton, our customers are central to our business. We follow a process that keeps things as simple as possible.
1. INITIAL CONTACT
We start with initial contact – call in or email us, and we will arrange an appointment with one of our owners. They will come and visit you, to discuss your ideas and requirements. They will have plenty of brochures and a wealth of knowledge if you are unsure of what you want.
2. COMPREHENSIVE QUOTATION
They will then take all of your details to the office to create your comprehensive quotation. We don’t mess around with pricing and offer you deal after deal – the price that you get on your quote is a competitive, reasonable, best price. You’ll get as much time as you need to consider – we won’t hassle you.
3. 10% DEPOSIT
When you sign up your order we’ll take a 10% deposit which secures your order and then that will start our internal process, giving you a unique reference number. Once an order has been signed with us, we’ll give the order to one of our fully trained and qualified surveyors who will arrange an appointment for when is best for you.
We will then order your glass and frames, and when we have all of your items in stock our installation team will arrange a fitting date, and let you know who will be coming to install your products. All of our fitting teams are MTC registered, which is a legal requirement, so you know that each individual that will work on your home knows what they are doing.
When everything is fitted and you’re happy with your replacement windows or conservatory, we’ll then ask you to pay the balance of your bill. We’ll submit the details of your job to FENSA, and they will send your registration certificate straight to you. We will also register your insurance backed guarantee with Lloyds of London, our insurance provider.
