We really liked their sales honesty. Matt recommended what was best for us and not the most expensive. The sale was all about making sure the product was fit for our purpose. The fitting (Dean) was very efficient and had little impact on our afternoon as the work was being done. The place was left very tidy. We were also told what TO do and what NOT TO do, with full guidance. Aftersales seems very responsive so far. It has made a huge improvement to the look AND the heat efficiency of our home.

The fitters are friendly, tidy and helpful, and the company communicates very well. We also had them come out and fix a window frame damaged by the wind which was again no fuss and done very well.
